Please send us a screenshot that will include the entire screen so we can see the full page where that issue happened.
There are a few ways to take a screenshot, Please select the one that applies to you.
How to take a screenshot on your Mac
Screenshot of your whole screen:

Press Command (⌘)-Shift-3.

Find the screenshot as a .png file on your desktop.
Screenshot of a window:

Press Command (⌘)-Shift-4. The pointer changes to a crosshair pointer.

Press the Space bar. The pointer changes to a camera pointer.

Move the camera pointer over a window to highlight it.

Click your mouse or trackpad. To cancel, press the Escape (esc) key before you click.

Find the screenshot as a .png file on your desktop.
How to take a screenshot on Windows
Screenshot of your hole screen in Windows 10:
- Press Windows key + PrtScn
- Find the screenshot as a .png file in Pictures/Screenshots folder
Screenshot of your whole screen in older versions of Windows:
- Press PrtScn key
- Open Paint app (or other image editing application if available)
- Paste the screenshot in Paint:
- press Ctrl + V on the keyboard (at the same time)
- or right click + Paste
- Save the screenshot
- press Ctrl + S on the keyboard (at the same time)
- or go to File menu and click on Save
- select where to save the screenshot
- type a name for your screenshot
- click Save button
- find the screenshot as .png in the selected folder

How to take a screenshot in browser
First you need to install an add on for your browser:
- we recommend Fireshot: click on "Available for" to download the installer, then select for what browser you want to install it.
- after you will install the add on you will see the button to the right hand side next to address bar
- click on Fireshot button and select Capture entire page
- save the screenshot as image, PDF or to clipboard
